SUMMER CAMP!

Ages: Any and all are welcome
Cost: $250 per child
Our Purpose: To help children and young adults access and incorporate their intuitive strengths.
Our Objective: To affirm, confirm and build their gifts leading to greater confidence.
Our Wish: For our kids to become more in tune with their inner self through holistic practices that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.
Intuitive Tools for Practice: Meditation, crystals, essential oils, yoga, foods for sustaining and healing chakra energies, essential oils. Kids will need to purchase their own journal and writing utensil.
*All kids will receive a complete packet of the materials we review on a weekly basis, a crystal and pendulum kit to practice with on their own. These are for them to keep to practice with regularly.
What we will teach (including but not limited to):
- Positive thinking and affirmations
- Gratitude and happiness from within
- Relaxation techniques (relaxation meditation)
- Self-monitoring (emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually)
- Respecting self and others
- Time management
- Eating meditation
- How to tap into intuition and affirm natural gifts
